About the caregiver

Hi, Everyone! My name is Jason. I've been a dog lover all my life, and I've been dog-sitting since I was in middle school. I've had three dogs, each of different sizes: Mimi, a Rottweiler-German Shepherd mix; Marley, a Beagle-German Shepherd mix; and Bodhi, a Boxer-Sheepdog mix. I'm also currently an intern at the Orange County Zoo. A typical day for me includes handling animals of various sizes, including opossums and beavers. This experience has led to me further appreciating the importance of treating each and every animal with the care and respect they deserve.
