About the caregiver

Hello, I’m Katy! I live in Richmond City close to VCU campus. I love dogs and look forward to caring for your pet whether you’re working, vacationing or at home needing an extra hand. I have 3 dogs, Tinkerbell a 4 yr old Pomeranian , Edward 1 yr old dachshund and Georgia a (now) 9 wk old Labrador . I love taking dogs on sensory fulfilling walks, exploring new areas of the city, new sounds, textures , smells etc. I believe these walks are as therapeutic for me as they are for the dogs. I love all breeds of dogs with absolutely no breed predjudices . In the near future , I would like to go to school to become a dog trainer , more specifically to train therapy dogs for veterans and autistic persons .
