About the caregiver

Hi, I'm Keith! I have lived with dogs all my life. I grew up in Jacksonville, FL with a Pekingese named Rocky. We moved to Omaha when I was seven and adopted a border collie named Mirk from Nebraska Border Collie Rescue (NBCR) shortly afterwards. We chose a rescue dog because as Richard C. Call wrote, 'Saving just one dog won't change the world, but it will surely change the world for that one dog.' I am passionate about the well-being of dogs. That is why my Senior Project was a video advocating for rescuing dogs from NBCR and other rescue organizations. I have thoroughly enjoyed taking Mirk on many walks, but unfortunately I am now unable to because he is a senior dog at the ripe old age of 17. So, I would love to walk your dog to keep your pet healthy, fit, and above all, happy! I will treat your dog with the same love and care that I have treated all my dogs with and I will make sure that your Wag! experience is as positive as possible!
