About the caregiver

Hello my name is Michelle a dog lover all my life. At the age of 5 my first dog was a poodle though I had an older brother and sister, I was the one who took care of the pets in my house. Through the years I seem to be drawn to the less fortunate dogs. In 1998 I became a member of Basset Rescue of Old Dominion where I foster and help find forever homes for Bassets. I have had 7 living with me at once to now of only 2. Lulu my female basset/ beagle I adopted from fluvanne animal shelter and Big Boy my male basset from BROOD. I can't imagine my life without a dog. I don't have human children mine are furbabies and I wouldn't have it any other way. Let me share my love to your furbabies and lets get walking.
