About the caregiver

I am an educator and animal lover. Our household has 3 rescue animals. The dogs are a Husky-German Shepard mix so I can handle big/strong dogs. Besides dogs and cats, I have cared for a horse, goats, pig, cows, lovebirds and parakeets, rats, hamster and fish. I try to “read” the animals I am with, to understand their needs. I am good with anxious pets. II make my own dog food with brown rice, chicken, lentils, egg, and sweet potatoes, and my car has been set up for canine transport.
